California May Legalize the Whacky Tobacky
Its voting season folks and one of the propositions on the ballot is to legalize marijuana. Prop 19 suggests state residents 21 and older be allowed to possess up to an ounce of marijuana and grow up to 25 square feet worth of pot plants.
